Chocolate Cookies








On Apr 11th,I went to school for learning how to cook chocolate Cookies with my group member Cindy.
In the United States and Canada, a cookie is a small, flat baked cake. Cookies were first made from little pieces of cake batter that were cooked separately in order to test oven temperature. They can be baked until crisp or only long enough that they stay soft, depending on the type of cookie.Cookies are made in a vast variety of styles, using an array of possible ingredients including sugars, spices, chocolate, butter, peanut butter, nuts or dried fruits.
Our teacher is a friendly French girl, she taught us every step and details carefully.She also shared her achievements with us and asked for advice at the beginning of the cooking.We had some problems with the electromagnetic stove, because none of us knew how to use it even Miss.Hadley and it was also broken.So we had to change our plan, it meant use hand to crumb it, that was very bold and exciting.Then we put eggs into and agitated. After that, by adding flour and chocolate powder and continued to agitate, that made them got mixed well-distributed.It was almost finished, we just had to out of the cake-like in the baking tray and controlled the oven ’s temperature and time.
The product of our labours were a great success.We shared it with friends and parents.It is really enriched daily life with full of confidence.
